This week Oak 1's level 5 writers will be writing the scene when the family discover Cherry is missing in the style of Michael Morpurgo. Level 3 and 4 writers will write part of the scene in the tin mine as a playscript.
Then we will be moving onto writing our own character descriptions. Oak 1 will look forward to sharing their writing with you on this blog.

Well done! Your writing is fantastic, and I can't wait to show my Year 3 class, what inspiration for them, especially as we are doing mystery stories at the moment, lots of lovely mysterious vocabulary from the Haunted Houses!
